Recently I had the opportunity to escort a young couple throughout the Panama City Beach, Florida area to assist them in finding a home to raise their children. One of the benefits that I found myself receiving was the realization that, YES! there is a diverse amount of property for sale in the Panama City Beach real estate market. Starting on the beach, we moved through neighborhood after neighborhood looking for the perfect Panama City Beach Home for their family.
What we decided to do was create this tour for other families to see what there is to offer in this market. Since this family was pre-approved for their mortgage loan, we knew exactly what the maximum price was before we left the office. They had already decided on what range best suited their budget, and now it was off to find a home. Our goal was to start low, then move towards the upper limit of their budget. Then, once they knew the area better, they could decide on a home in a neighborhood where they could raise their children.
